چکیده
هدف: جو سازمانی مناسب می تواند در انگیزش و بهبود روحیه و مشارکت افراد در تصمیم گیری ها و خلاقیت و نوآوری آنان موثر بوده و به عنوان یک منبع در تامین سلامت روانی کارکنان به حساب آید، با وجود این جو سازی نامناسب می تواند منبع عمده فشار روانی نیز باشد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین تعهد سازمانی و جو سازمانی با سلامت عمومی معلمان تربیتبدنی استان کرمانشاه بود.
روششناسی پژوهش: جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر 1200 نفر از معلمان تربیت بدنی استان کرمانشاه بودند، که بر اساس جدول مورگان 291 نفر به صورت نمونهگیری تصادفی سیستماتیک بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت اندازهگیری متغیرها، از چهار پرسشنامه مشخصات فردی، پرسشنامه میر وآلن (1996)، پرسشنامه (OCDQ-RS) و پرسشنامه گلدبرگ و هیلر (2012) استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی با نظرخواهی از اساتید مرتبط مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی پرسشنامهها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 0.79، 0.87 و 0.79 گزارش شد. از روشهای آمار توصیفی برای توصیف متغیرها و از آمار استنباطی برای آزمون فرضیههای تحقیق در سطح معناداری 05/0 ≥ αاستفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بین ابعاد تعهد سازمانی (008/0P =)، جوسازمانی (001/0P =) و سلامت عمومی (001/0P =) معلمان تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. بین تعهد سازمانی با سطوح مختلف سلامت عمومی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد (024/0P =)، اما بین جو سازمانی با سطوح مختلف سلامت عمومی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (152/0P =).
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: قابل ذکر است که بخش تربیت بدنی از مقوله تعلیم و تربیت نیازمند افراد متخصص و توانمند در رشته تربیتبدنی است تا بتوانند آموختههای خود را به مرحله بهرهبرداری دربیاورند، هر اندازه جو سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی در بین معلمان تربیت بدنی در شرایط بهتری باشد، آنها سلامت عمومی بیشتری خواهند داشت و میتوانند با انگیزه بیشتر به سمت هدفهای سازمان مربوطه گام بردارند.

Investigating the Relationship between Organizational Commitment and Climate with Public Health (Case Study: Physical Education Teachers in Kermanshah Province)

Purpose: Appropriate organizational climate can be effective in motivating and improving the morale and participation of people in their decisions and creativity and innovation and can be considered as a source in ensuring the mental health of employees. However, inappropriate atmosphere can also be a major source of stress. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational climate with the general health of physical education teachers in Kermanshah province.
Methodology The statistical population of the present study was 1200 physical education teachers in Kermanshah province, which according to Morgan table, 291 people were selected as a sample through systematic random sampling. To measure the variables, four questionnaires of demographic characteristics, Mir and Allen questionnaire (1996), questionnaire (OCDQ-RS) and Goldberg and Hiller questionnaire (2012) were used. Formal and content validity were confirmed by opinion polls from related professors and the reliability of the questionnaires was reported to be 0.79, 0.87 and 0.79 using Cronbach's alpha. Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the variables and inferential statistics were used to test the research hypotheses at a significance level of α ≤ 0 0.05.
Findings: The results showed that there was a significant difference between the dimensions of organizational commitment (P = 0.008), organizational climate (P = 0.001) and general health (P = 0.001) of teachers. There was a significant difference between organizational commitment and different levels of public health (P = 0.024), but no significant difference was observed between organizational climate and different levels of public health (P = 0.152).
Originality/Value: It is noteworthy that the physical education sector of the category of education needs specialized and capable people in the field of physical education to be able to put their knowledge to the stage of application, no matter the organizational climate and organizational commitment If physical education teachers are in better condition, they will have more general health and can be more motivated to move towards the goals of the organization.
