چکیده

هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش تاثیر برنامه­ریزی منابع سازمانی بر عملکرد عملیاتی از طریق جهت‌گیری زنجیره‌تامین می‌­باشد.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی است و از نظر روش پژوهش، توصیفی-پیمایشی می‌باشد. برای سنجش متغیرهای مدل پژوهش، از پرسشنامه استاندارد آکار و همکاران [1] استفاده شده است. پرسشنامه مذکور، پس از سنجش روایی (محتوایی لاوشه، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، اکتشافی، همگرا و واگرا) و پایایی (کرونباخ، ترکیبی و دایسترا)، از طریق مشارکت 135 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان شرکت فرادانه که با روش نمونه­‌گیری طبقه‌­ای متناسب انتخاب شدند، اجرا گردید.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، برنامه‌­ریزی منابع سازمانی، با میانجی­‌گری جهت‌گیری زنجیره‌تامین بر عملکرد عملیاتی شرکت فرادانه، تاثیر بسیار قوی­ و معناداری داشته است که مبین قدرت پیش­بینی­ کنندگی بالای مولفه­‌های برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانی می­‌باشد (R2=0.93)، هم‌چنین مسیر برنامه­‌ریزی منابع سازمانی با ضریب مسیر 0.71 و معناداری p < 0.001 بیش‌ترین اثرگذاری را بر عملکرد داشته است.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: پژوهش حاضر در راستای همین موضوع به بررسی تاثیر برنامه­‌ریزی منابع سازمانی بر عملکرد عملیاتی از طریق جهت‌گیری زنجیره‌تامین در کارکنان شرکت تولید مواد غذایی آبزیان فرادانه می‌پردازد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The main purpose of this study is "the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on Operational Performance (OP) through Supply Chain Orientation (SCO) using in Faradaneh company.
Methodology: The present study is an applied study in terms of purpose and a descriptive survey in terms of research method. Standard questionnaire of Acar et al. [1] was used to measure the variables of the research model. Above-mentioned questionnaire was implemented through the participation of 135 managers and employees of Faradana company who were selected by stratified random sampling after measurement of validity (face and content validity based on Lawshe’s method, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis, convergence and divergence) and reliability (Cranach’s alpha method and hybrid).
Findings: The results showed that ERP had a significant and strong effect on the OP of Faradaneh company by mediating the SCO which indicates the high predictive power of the ERP components (With the coefficient of determination of 0.93). Also, ERP Pathway had the most effect on OP with path coefficient 0.71 and significance of p < 0.001. The value of the present study is due to content innovation (simultaneous use of ERP variables, OP and SCO) and method (using different validity and reliability methods).
Originality/Value: In this regard, the present study investigates the effect of organizational resource planning on OP through SCO in the employees of faradaneh aquatic food production company.
