Prof. Hassan Tehranian is the Griffith Millennium Chair in Finance and a Professor of Finance at the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Hassan served as the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty from 2015 to May 2017 and the Chairperson of Finance Department from 1987 to 1993 and from 2003 to 2014. As a Founder of the Center for Asset Management, Hassan served as the Executive Director from 2001 until 2014. Hassan received his BS degree from the Iranian Institute of Advanced Accounting and his MBA and Ph.D. degrees in Finance from the University of Alabama. He is the founder of the Graduate Finance Program at Boston College (MSF and Ph.D.), which he served as the Executive Director from 1986 to 2002.
His research has been published in a variety of scholarly journals including the American Economic Review, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Accounting Research, Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Journal of Money Credit and Banking, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Financial Intermediation, Contemporary Accounting Research, Management Science , Global Finance Journal, and others.
Professor Tehranian is currently an Associate Editor for the Journal of Banking and Finance, Global Finance Journal, the Journal of Economics and Business, Applied Finance Letters and the Review of Financial Economics .Professor Tehranian has extensive experience teaching executive courses and has been engaged in a variety of management consulting activities to local and national firms

Currently, S. Mostafa Rasoolimanesh is an Associate Professor at the School of Hospitality, Tourism & Events, in Taylor's University. His research interest areas contain community participation, residents’ perceptions, sustainable tourism, heritage tourism, and urban sustainability. Moreover, he has used advanced quantitative analysis such as partial least squares - structural equation modeling in most of his papers. He has published more than 70 articles in high impact journals such as Tourism Management, Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, International Journal of Contemporaneity Hospitality Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal of Tourism Research, Cities, and Habitat International among others. Mostafa is an editorial board member of more than 10 reputed tourism and hospitality journals, and he serves as the Special Issue Editor of Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology, and Associate Editor of Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Mohammad Dadashzadeh
Bio
Mohammad Dadashzadeh holds a bachelor in electrical engineering, a master in computer science, both from MIT, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in computer and information science from University of Massachusetts. He has been affiliated with University of Detroit (1984-1989) and Wichita State University (1989-2003) where he served as the W. Frank Barton Endowed Chair in MIS. In 2003, he joined the faculty of the Decision and Information Sciences Department at Oakland University as Professor of MIS and Director of Applied Technology in Business (ATiB) program, a position he held until July 2009. He has authored 4 books and more than 50 articles on information systems and has served as the editor-in-chief of Journal of Database Management. His most recent editorial responsibilities include the books entitled Information Technology Management in Developing Countries and IT Education in the New Millennium. Dr. Dadashzadeh has extensive consulting experience and more than 6,000 people have attended his professional training seminars worldwide. Dadashzadeh has a been a recipient of teaching awards at MIT, at the Industrial Management Institute in Iran, and at Wichita State University where he was recognized by the Board of Trustees' Excellence in Teaching (2000), the Leadership in the Advancement of Teaching (1997), and Co-operative Education Faculty Adviser of the Year (2003) awards. Dr. Dadashzadeh is a co-author of Iranian Standard Code for Information Interchange (ISCII) and a co-founder of Sinasoft

Iraj Hoshi is Emeritus Professor of Economics at Staffordshire University Business School, Stoke on Trent, UK. He completed his BSc in Petroleum Refinery Engineering at Abadn Institute of Technology in 1966, his MA in Economics at the University of Maryland (USA) in 1969 and PhD in Economics at the Keele University, United Kingdom in 1980. His research has focused on various aspects of the process of transition to a market economy in former socialist countries of Central and Eastern Europe, including privatisation and corporate governance, financial system reforms, enterprise restructuring, industrial competitiveness, bankruptcy and reorganisation, and entrepreneurship and SME development. He has held teaching positions at Tehran Business School, Keele University and Staffordshire University

ایرج هشی تحصیلات کارشناسی خود را در سال 1966 در رشته مهندسی نفت در دانشکده نفت آبادان تمام کرد. او مدرک کارشناسی ارشد خود را از دانشگاه مریلند در ایالات متحده (1969) و مدرک دکترای خود را از دانشگاه کیل در انگلستان (1980) در رشته اقتصاد دریافت کرد. وی در سالهای 1974-1971 و 1979 تا 1980 در مدرسه عالی بازرگانی (دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی کنونی) استادیار اقتصاد بود. در حال حاضراستاد امریتوس در مدرسه بازرگانی دانشگاه استافوردشایر انگلستان است.

Biography
Mostafa Zandieh received the B.Sc. degree from the Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 1998, the M.Sc. degree from the Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, in 2000, and the Ph.D. degree from the Amirkabir University of Technology, in 2006, all in industrial engineering. He is currently Full Professor with the Department of Industrial Management, Management and Accounting Faculty, Shahid Beheshti University (SBU), Tehran. His research interests include production planning and scheduling, financial engineering, quality engineering, applied operations research, simulation, and artificial intelligence techniques in the areas of manufacturing systems design

Dr. Zabihollah Rezaee is currently the Thompson-Hill Chair of Excellence and Professor of Accounting and PhD coordinator at the University of Memphis and has served a 2-year term on the Standing Advisory Group (SAG) to assist the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in its standard-setting responsibilities (2004-2006). He is currently (2019-2023) the editor of the Journal of Forensic Accounting Research, one of the journals of the American Accounting Association (AAA) and appointed to the Honorary Advisory Panel of the Financial Reporting Council in Hong Kong (December 2019-September 2021). Dr. Rezaee has taught previously at the following universities: Middle Tennessee State University, University of Detroit, University of Alabama in Huntsville, University of Tehran in Iran, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Malaya and Uitm Universities in Malaysia, Lulea Technology University in Sweden, United International College (UIC), Fudan, Beijing Normal University, Sino-US college and Peking Universities in China and the University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Rezaee’s areas of teaching are auditing, financial accounting, international and managerial accounting, internal auditing, accounting systems applications, financial statement analysis, corporate governance, business sustainability and ethics and financial reporting and auditing seminars at undergraduate, graduate and PhD levels. He was the PhD coordinator 2014-2019. He served as Secretary (2013-2014) of the Forensic & Investigative Accounting Section and served on Auditing Standards Committee of the AAA. He is currently (2020-2021) serving as the chair of the Budget and Finance Committee of the Faculty Senate at the University of Memphis in reviewing educational and financial sustainability of all academic affairs units.
Professor Rezaee’s teaching philosophy and practice reflects a dedicated commitment to student learning and often says, “If it was not for students, faculty would not be at the University and if it was not for faculty, the University would not exist.” He views the University as a community of faculty, students, administrators and staff who are gathered to support learning by creating knowledge, disseminating knowledge and implementing knowledge. Focusing on shared governance, respect for others, diversity, integrity, honesty and competency in the academic, personal and professional affairs, and a culture of accountability and transparency. Dr. Rezaee’s approach as a scholar, practicing accountant and teacher are guided based on his six E’s of Excitement, Energy, Engagement, Efficiency, Effectiveness and Excellence. He has actively encouraged Executive MBA aspirants to examine and pursue their commitments to tone at the top, shared value, effective communication, culture of integrity, competency, compliance and accountability. Evaluations by students and colleagues indicate high effectiveness in teaching.
Dr. Rezaee has published over 225 articles in well-recognized academic and practitioner journals such as: the Journal of Accounting and Economics; Contemporary Accounting Research, Auditing: A Journal of Theory & Practice; Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance; Accounting Horizons, Research in Accounting Regulation, Strategic Finance; and the Journal of Accountancy, Journal of Management Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting Literature among many others. He has presented over 235 research papers at universities and regional, national and international meetings and has received numerous research grants from various sources. He currently serves on the editorial board of several journals and has reviewed papers for many journals, meetings and organizations. He received the Lybrand Bronze Medal for the outstanding Article of the Year in 1999, selected by the Institute of Management Accountants; Outstanding Contributor Award, IIA for his article, “The Three Cs of Fraudulent Financial Reporting,” Internal Auditor (October 2002 issue); was a finalist for the SOX Institute’s SOX MVP 2007 Award and was the 2011 Award winner for SOX Corporate Governance and Risk Management. He is ranked in the top tenth (10th) percentile of authors in the SSRN based on 10,932total paper downloads as of January 15, 2020. He is ranked in the top ten (fourth place) of the most productive faculty (graduated in 1985) in the study by Hasselback et al., 2012 “Benchmarking the Research Productivity of accounting doctorates”, Issues in Accounting Education, November 2012, Vol.24, No.4.
Dr. Rezaee holds the CPA, CMA, CIA, CFE, CGFM, CSOXP, CGOVP, CGRCP, CGMA and CRMA certifications and possesses practical experience in both financial and managerial accounting and auditing. He has also published eight books: Financial Institutions, Valuations, Mergers, and Acquisitions: The Fair Value Approach; Financial Statement Fraud: Prevention and Detection; U.S. Master Auditing Guide 3rd edition; Audit Committee Oversight Effectiveness Post-Sarbanes-Oxley Act; Corporate Governance Post-Sarbanes-Oxley: Regulations, Requirements, and Integrated Processes; Corporate Governance and Business Ethics; Financial Services Firms: governance, Regulations, Valuations, Mergers, and Acquisitions; and Corporate Sustainability: Integrating Performance and Reporting, which won the 2013 Axiom Gold Award in the category of “Business Ethics”, another book, entitled Business Sustainability: Performance, Compliance, Accountability, and Integrated Reporting, was published in October 2015 by Greenleaf Publishing. His recent books on Audit Committee Effectiveness and Corporate Governance and Forensic Accounting were published by Business Expert Press in July 2016, March 2018 and April 2019. Two recent books on Business Sustainability in Asia and Business Sustainability, Corporate Governance and Organizational Ethics (textbook) were published by John Wiley in March and October 2019. Several of these books are translated into other languages including Chinese, Persian, Korean, and Spanish.
He has served on several university committees, held officer positions in numerous professional organizations, provided consulting to United Nations development programs and served on the Standing Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). He is currently serving on the President’s Academic Advisory Council at the University of Memphis. Dr. Rezaee has been involved extensively in the development and review of accounting programs at several universities abroad, coordinated their graduate and PhD programs and is currently the PhD program coordinator/representative at the School of Accountancy on the college PhD sub-council at the University of Memphis. Dr. Rezaee was one of the finalists for the position of the Faculty Trustee at the University of Memphis in 2016 and the Ombudsperson position in 2017. He has served on the editorial boards of 10 accounting journals, the Editor-in-Chief, International Journal of Economics and Statistics, 2015-2017; Guest Editor, Sustainability Journal, 2018-2019 and 2019-2021 and Journal of Sustainability Research,2019-2021. He has served as expert witness and testified in Federal courts.

دکتر محمد نمازی در شیراز متولد گردیده و پس از اخذ دیپلم ریاضی در شیراز و لیسانس (B.A) بانکداری از تهران موفق به کسب مدرک فوق‌لیسانس (M.B.A) در رشته مدیریت بازرگانی (با گرایش حسابداری و اقتصاد) از کالیفرنیای جنوبی و دکترا (PH.D) در رشته حسابداری از دانشگاه لینکن نبراسکا در آمریکا گردیده است.
وی در دانشگاه لینکلن نبراسکا به عنوان دستیار تحقیق، دستیار تدریس و مربی حسابداری عهده‌دار تدریس درس اصول حسابداری بازرگانی، اصول حسابداری مدیریت و اصول حسابداری میانی بوده است. همچنین به مدت سه سال به عنوان استادیار حسابداری در دانشگاه ایالتی پنسیلوانیا در شهر استیت کالج عهده‌دار تدریس حسابداری صنعتی و حسابداری مدیریت پیشرفته بوده است. وی دارای تألیفات متعددی است از جمله کتاب: Responsibility Accounting از انتشارات انجمن حسابداران صنعتی آمریکا (NAA)، کتاب: A Comprehensive Review of the Multi-Objective Techniques از انتشارات کمپانی ونس، کتاب: "تحقیقات تجربی در حسابداری: یک دیدگاه روش شناختی" از انتشارات دانشگاه شیراز، و کتاب "بررسی عملکرد اقتصادی بازار بورس اوراق بهادار در ایران" از انتشارات وزارت امور اقتصادی و دارایی "حسابداری صنعتی (2) بودجه‌بندی و کنترل سیستم‌های استاندارد"، و "کاربرد رایانه در حسابداری" از انتشارات سازمان سمت را می‌توان نام برد.
وی تاکنون بیش از 60 مقاله در مجلات مختلف معتبر داخلی و خارجی انتشار داده است از جمله آنها:

ایشان سرپرستی پروژه‌ها و پایان‌نامه‌های زیادی در سطح کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکترا در دانشگاه شیراز، تربیت مدرس و دانشگاه تهران را نیز به عهده داشته و داوری کتب و مقالات داخلی و خارجی زیادی را نیز انجام داده است. همچنین وی مقالات متعددی را در گردهمایی و سمینارهای داخلی و خارجی از جمله سمینارهای مربوط به انجمن حسابداران آمریکا (AAA) و (NAA) در شهرهای بالتیمر، بستن، نیویورک و لوس‌آنجلس، سانفرانسیسکو و یونیورسیتی پارک ارائه داده است و در سمینارهای حسابداران ایران نیز سخنرانی ایراد نموده و مقالاتش نیز انتشار یافته است. وی همچنین، سخنرانی‌های متعددی برای سازمان‌ها و جوامع مختلف از جمله انجمن حسابداران خبره ایران، سازمان مطالعه کتب علوم انسانی دانشگاهها (سازمان سمت)، وزارت صنایع، وزارت ارشاد و فرهنگ اسلامی آذربایجان، سازمان مدیریت صنعتی، صنایع الکترونیک ایران، شرکت‌های صنعتی، دانشگاه شیراز و دانشگاه تربیت مدرس، سمینار بهره‌وری استان فارس، کارخانه مخابرات راه دور، شرکت‌های صنعتی فارس، شهرداری شیراز، وزارت نیرو، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی یاسوج و دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد، دانشگاه امام رضا (ع) مشهد و گردهمایی بورس و بازار سرمایه و اوراق بهادار شیراز نموده است. تحقیقات ایشان در زمینه "بررسی وضعیت حسابداری صنعتی و حسابداران مدیریت صنایع استان فارس" "تجزیه و تحلیل صورت‌های مالی با استفاده از نظر شانون" "دیدگاه‌های مدیران واحدهای صنعتی فارس نسبت به حسابداری صنعتی" در دانشگاه شیراز انجام گردیده و تحقیقی پیرامون "بررسی کارایی بورس اوراق بهادار ایران" نیز برای وزارت اقتصاد و دارائی نیز انجام داده‌اند.
وی دو دفعه به سمت معاونت اداری و مالی دانشگاه شیراز منصوب گردیده و به عنوان رئیس دانشکده ادبیات و علوم انسانی دو دفعه و رئیس دایره حقوقی دانشگاه شیراز نیز انجام وظیفه نموده است. در حال حاضر استاد و رئیس بخش حسابداری دانشگاه شیراز می‌باشد و به تدریس دوره دکترای حسابداری در دانشگاه تربیت مدرس و دانشگاه تهران اشتغال دارد. وی همچنین سرپرستی دوره دکترای حسابداری دانشگاه تربیت مدرس و ریاست کمیته حسابداری سازمان مطالعه و تدوین کتب علوم انسانی دانشگاهها (سمت) را نیز به عهده داشته است. ایشان سردبیر تحریریه مجله علوم اجتماعی و انسانی دانشگاه شیراز بوده و عضو هیأت تحریریه مجله بررسی‌های حسابداری و حسابرسی دانشگاه تهران، مجله تحقیقات مالی دانشگاه تهران، مجله علوم اجتماعی و انسانی دانشگاه مازندران، و عضو هسته مطالعات پژوهشی بازرگانی استان فارس نیز می‌باشد. وی در کمیته‌های مختلفی از جمله هیأت ممیزه دانشگاه شیراز، شورای دانشگاه شیراز، هیأت تخصصی ممیزه دانشکده ادبیات و علوم انسانی، به عنوان عضو، کمیته رفاه دانشگاه، مسکن دانشگاه، طبقه‌بندی مشاغل دانشگاه و قرض‌الحسنه در دانشگاه شیراز به عنوان رئیس انجام وظیفه نموده است.
دکتر نمازی تجارب عمیقی نیز در زمینة طراحی سیستم‌های مالی و صنعتی دارا می‌باشد و به عنوان مشاور مالی و اداری در کارخانجات و صنایع متعددی انجام وظیفه نموده است و طرح‌های زیادی را در زمینه‌های حسابداری مالی و صنعتی ارائه نموده است.
وی دارای مدرک عضویت در انجمن حسابداران صنعتی و مدیریت آمریکا (NAA) بوده و به عنوان یکی از هفت نفر عضو انجمن تحقیقاتی حسابداران صنعتی در آمریکا و رئیس تحقیقات حسابداری صنعتی در قسمت پنسیلوانیا- شهر استیت کالج نیز فعالیت نموده است. ایشان عضو انجمن حسابداران آمریکا (AAA) نیز بوده است. همچنین وی به عضویت "انجمن حسابداران خبره ایران" و "انجمن حسابداران رسمی" و "جامعه حسابداران ایران" نیز در آمده‌اند.

Yasamin Salmani is an assistant professor of Project & Operations Management with interests in Retailing and Supply Chain Optimization. She received her Ph.D. in Decision Sciences (Operations & Business Analytics) from Drexel University in May 2019.
She developed a novel analytic procedure to provide a structure for optimal investment decisions towards improving existing distribution channels in a supply chain. She is interested in utilizing analytical and operational research techniques to find solutions for real-world business problems. Her proposed methodology is applied to a U.S. manufacturing, multi-channel company. Currently, her research focuses on omnichannel retailing and service operations management.
Yasamin loves teaching as a profession and finds that teaching is a valuable complement to her research.

Dr. Davood Askarany is a leading researcher in the area of diffusion of management accounting innovations in New Zealand. He has successfully received funding for and conducted major research projects in this area within Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East. His research and professional interests primarily rest in the diffusion of innovation, management accounting, organizational change, performance measurement, and diffusion theory.
He has published extensively in these areas for both academic and professional outlets. Davood has authored over 40 academic papers, including publications in International Journal of Production and Economics, Critical Perspectives on Accounting, International Journal of Accounting, Automation in Construction, The International Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Performance, Thunderbird International Business Review, Managerial Auditing Journal, and the Encyclopedia of Information Science and Technology.
