The main purpose of the journal of Innovation Management and Operational Strategies (IMOS) is to create a scientific atmosphere for scholars in the field of management studies as well as discussions between the disciplines related to the latest scientific findings to share. The publication start year of IMOS is 2020 and affiliated with Ayandegan Institute of Higher Education. The IMOS Journal has been indexed in the well-known databases mainly; DOAJ, ISC, Civilica, MAGIRAN, Google Scholar, Noormags, and Scientific Information Database (SID). The language of this journal is Persian and it is hoped that this journal will improve the scientific level of Persian researchers. In order to achieve this goal, we encourage researchers to submit their authoritative and unpublished papers for publication to this journal. For more information about IMOS, see (About Journal).
