Abstract
Those communities significantly promote free trade among members, improve trade security and obtain favorable trade terms. For countries that heavily rely on external resources, forming or joining a trade community is vital for their longterm development. Therefore, the aim of the research was to form an international Trade community based on network theory and resource dependence. Using a sample of countries engaged in international trade and based on data available from the Comtrade database of the United Nations in a period of 2005 - 2019, twenty countries were selected as a sample. The results showed: a ) The trading partner factor has a positive effect on the formation of international Trade communities. that's mean when a country cooperates with a large number of trading partners, other countries are more likely to form the same community with it. Considering this effect, the factor of economic freedom also has a positive effect and a large share in the formation of the Trade community. b ) When the country has a dominant position in the international trade network, the probability of the country forms the same community with other countries is higher. c ) when a country considers itself dependent on the resources of other countries, the possibility of forming a similar community with other countries increases accordingly. d ) Network position plays positive role in regulating the relationship between resource dependence and the international trade community. Finally, with the formation of the international trade community based on network theory and resource dependence, Countries can Strengthen resource trade according to economic freedom and import country diversification factor, can reduce or manage their dependence on other countries. Meantime, it can balance the global production and inventory.

Abstract
Objective: Leaders also use the indicators of spirituality in the organization or group to provide a kind of internal motivation for the external motivation of its employees. Spiritual and value-based leaders deepen the duties and activities of followers in the organization or group by relating them to their deep inner values. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of spiritual leadership and job motivation of Shahrekord education staff.
Methodology: The statistical population of all education staff in Shahrekord city in 1399-98 was 335 people were selected as a sample by the classification method appropriate to the volume. The research instruments included two standard questionnaires of Herbert's job motivation and a modified questionnaire of spiritual leadership by Fry (2003(
Findings: There is a significant relationship between seven dimensions of spiritual leadership (vision, love of altruism, faith in work, meaning in work, organizational membership) with job motivation of education staff, but between the other two dimensions of spiritual leadership, ie organizational commitment and Performance feedback has nothing to do with employee motivation. In fact, the more the components of meaningful leadership are applied in the atmosphere of an educational organization and the decisions, procedures, policies and missions of education are formulated and implemented based on the dimension of spiritual leadership, the more job motivation will be among the employees of this educational organization. .
Scientific originality / added value: The results of this research can be used by managers, experts and researchers.

Standard Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models measures the efficiency of decision making units(DMUs) in a period of time. In real occasions, multi periods are presented. In presence of a multi-period system, overall efficiency depends on the performance of the DMU in all periods. That is to say, periodic efficiencies must be calculated, also, the overall efficiency is depended to periodic efficiencies. In other words, a DMU cannot be overall efficient, but considered as an efficient unit in each separate period. Hence, the question of pseudo inefficiency is raised. This paper investigates ratio data envelopment analysis (DEA-R) models to detect pseudo inefficiency in multi-period systems. As the first step, the average of period- efficiencies is calculated, then the overall efficiency is evaluated as a block-box. For the last step, a ratio of two quantities is estimated. If this ratio is close to unity, there is no significant difference between these two quantities. Otherwise, the estimate claims pseudo inefficiency. In the literature, pseudo inefficiency has been detected through applying the periodic weights, but this paper proposes a three-step algorithm to investigate pseudo inefficiency. To elucidate the details of the proposed approach, a comparison is made between Kao and Liu (2004) and the proposed algorithm to measure the efficiency of 22Taiwanese commercial banks for the period 2009-2011. The results demonstrate the practicality and superiority of the proposed method in comparison with the existing multi-period models.

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus 2019 and the need for social distance, virtual education and online exams have replaced face-to-face education. Thus, the prevalence of corona has led to the consideration of virtual (electronic) education as a necessity in many countries. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of virtual education on students' learning. In this research, library information was collected using written and electronic scientific texts. Also, the researcher has considered a questionnaire with 55 questions and 15 components in order to assess teachers 'views and opinions on students' learning in virtual education. In this study, the first secondary schools of Birjand city have been considered and 240 teachers have been selected as a sample. The data collection method was an online questionnaire and sampling was done randomly. SPSS and pls software have been used to analyze the information. Analyzes show that virtual education has no significant effect on students' learning (P ≤ 0.05). However, virtual education has a negative impact on religious growth and moral development, economic and professional education, scientific and technological development, social and political education, biological and physical education, teacher role, educational environment and evaluation. Virtual education has a positive effect on the appropriateness of content and resources, the role of family and environment, the role of information and communication technology and smart tools, the role of educational materials and training time. It seems that despite the advantages of virtual education over face-to-face education, virtual education has no effect on students' learning and the best educational method is a combination of both methods. Due to the fact that in the context of the corona virus epidemic, educational classes are conducted virtually and students experience this educational method, so the study of the effect of virtual education on students' learning seems important and necessary. This article examines the impact of e-learning on various components of students' learning . The results of the study can be used for education experts, teachers and school principals.
