Purpose: The present study aims to assess the effect of working capital management on the firm's profitability in the companies listed on the Tehran stock exchange. Methodology: The study sample comprised 125 companies studied between 2014 and 2019. In this study, the variable "net income before deducting interest and taxes to total assets" as a measure of the profitability of the variables, the period of collection of receivables, inventory turnover period as capital management criteria in circulation in variables, firm size, sales growth, the ratio of current assets to current liabilities ratio of financial debt to total assets and operating profit were used as the control variable. Findings: This study showed a significant inverse relationship between the profitability of companies with receivables collection periods and those with inventory turnover periods. Managers can reduce the period with the debt collection company to stay within reasonable limits and increase profitability. Originality/Value: It is expected that companies, using proper management of working capital, take steps to increase the company's value and thus increase its shareholders' wealth.

Purpose: This study aimed to design a model of influential factors in creative cultural industries in Iran.Methodology: The research method is mixed (quantitative-qualitative). The statistical population of this study included experts and professors. In the Delphi section, 108 experts were used to identify 108 experts using purposive-judgmental sampling methods, and in the expert modelling section of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, which was about 10,000 people. According to Krejcie and Morgan's table, a simple stratified method was used to select a sample size of 384 people. The Delphi questionnaire was used to identify the factors, and the researcher-made questionnaire was used for modelling. Both validity questionnaires were confirmed, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient measured its reliability above 0.70.Findings: The Delphi identification test was used to identify the influential factors and was screened in two stages. Finally, the experts identified the criteria gathered in the research background in 6 criteria and 16 sub-criteria affecting the creative cultural industries in 7 main criteria, and 17 sub-criteria were agreed upon. Also, the results of exploratory factor analysis were confirmed with the help of the information obtained from a questionnaire provided to experts and modelled with structural equations and LISREL software. These factors were ranked, and the criteria' importance from the first to the third were structural and human capital, required infrastructure, and government support.Originality/Value: By generating new needs, creative cultural industries can produce new cultural consumers and increase cultural accumulation, which requires promoting cultural capital in society by intensifying cultural uses. Therefore, a model of influential factors in creative cultural industries should be designed to produce new value audiences, properly use knowledge and technology, and act purposefully to create cultural products and services.

Purpose: Investors significantly value the risk of falling and consider the risk of falling as an important pricing factor. The negative price changes are also affected by managers' ability to choose strategies and properly implement the company's operations. Therefore, this research investigates the relationship between the company's diversification strategy and the risk of falling stock prices, emphasizing the weakness of operations and management's ability during the year 2016-2022.Methodology: The multivariable regression method and the financial information of 129 companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange have been used to test the research hypotheses. The research hypotheses were rejected or proved by applying appropriate statistical methods to generalize the results. The financial data was collected in Excel to form a database and then analyzed using Eviuse software to test the research hypotheses.Findings: The research results showed that according to the first hypothesis, the company's diversification strategy has a negative relationship with the risk of falling stock prices, which is confirmed. Also, the second hypothesis that operational laxity strengthens the negative relationship between diversification strategy and the risk of falling stock prices is not confirmed. And according to the third hypothesis, management ability strengthens the negative relationship between diversification strategy and the risk of falling stock prices, not confirmed.Originality/Value: From the aspect of research innovation, we can mention the following: first, it showed that the diverse operations of companies act as a factor in reducing the risk of their collapse, thereby clarifying a new reason for companies to expand their operational scope. Furthermore, it showed that the effectiveness of diversification is consistent with the evidence provided by the literature on bad news hoarding theory; that is, diversification can reduce the negative effects of bad news. It contributes to the fall risk literature. Such insights open a new avenue for future research to investigate how to reduce the risk of collapse through the strategic design of companies' operations and production. Third, the prevailing consensus among management scholars is that diversification is essential regarding economic performance and risk reduction. The findings of this study enhance the existing understanding of corporate diversification on bankruptcy risk. Fourth, the present study considers a set of contextual factors that moderate primary communication. This analysis provides a detailed look at the possible intervening factors between diversity and fall risk.

Purpose: This pathology study aims to align the employment and self-sufficiency area of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee with new policies and solutions.Methodology: According to the collection data method, the study is practical because of its purpose and descriptive survey. We collected the information after studying the literature and interviewing with scientific and executive experts. We tested the hypotheses' conceptual model and the edited research's final hypotheses with the questionnaire tool. The statistical population of this study includes all employment areas all over the country and the bosses of half of the offices of the township Relief Committee, which is 1800 people. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by experts in the area of employment of the central office, and so the reliability questionnaire was confirmed with Cronbach Alpha, 0/946. To measure the alignment gap and investigate pathology hypotheses with one sample T-test, each dimension was used to compare the mean in the two current and ideal situations and rank the effectiveness of the Friedman test. The research hypotheses were tested using Amos software.Findings: Content, environmental, and structural factors also significantly affect alignment. So, a significant gap exists between employees' current and favourable employment and self-sufficiency situations and the three factors mentioned. According to the results of the Friedman test, content factors with the most impact and structural factors with the most negligible impact are ranked.Originality/Value: Undoubtedly, the policies and strategies of an organization will be effective when there is a balance between the policy-maker and the planner and the executive body and or according to the common interpretation, alignment, and coordination of the master class is a necessary condition and a prerequisite for the success of the organization in achieving its goals.

Purpose: In the real world, the vehicles should return to the depot after serving the last customer's location because of decreased related costs. This paper investigates the problem of increasing service time by using the stochastic time for each tour such that the total travelling time of the vehicles is limited to a specific limit based on a defined probability. Methodology: It is proven that classic models in vehicle routing problems (VRPs) belong to the class of NP-hard ones; thus, due to its complexity using exact methods in large-scale problems, a meta-heuristic-based differential evolution (DE) algorithm is proposed. Findings: The obtained results indicate the efficiency of the proposed DE algorithm. Originality/Value: The total travel time is limited to a definite probability per cent, and other constraints (e.g., capacity and time distribution restrictions) are considered. In contrast, the total cost of the transportation is minimized.

Purpose: The primary purpose of this manuscript is to present the knowledge management strategy compilation model based on Business strategy.Methodology: This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods to extract the key components of the organization's knowledge strategy from descriptive and analytical (qualitative) methods. Quantitative and statistical methods will be used to validate the model.Findings: The research results showed that to develop a knowledge strategy model since knowledge management processes are carried out in the organization's context, they are under the influence of the organization's background. The organization field includes 1) knowledge management enablers such as organizational factors (such as structure and culture) and technology, and 2) knowledge management drivers such as business strategy and intellectual resources of the organization. Also, knowledge and learning should support the organization's business strategy.Originality/Value: The focus of knowledge management so far is more on knowledge enablers, such as Creating a suitable cultural structure for the creation and sharing of knowledge or the development of technologies to facilitate these matters, and much less emphasis on the drivers of knowledge management such as; the mission and strategy of the organization has been realized, which makes knowledge management, although it works very well in its defined area, ultimately does not have a favorable effect on the performance of the organization. This research aims to design a model to develop a knowledge strategy and establish the correct relationship between knowledge strategy and business strategy. Then, the validation of the model will be done by obtaining experts' opinions.

Purpose: Financial distress can increase investment risk for investors. Therefore, it will be necessary to review the financial statements by an independent person. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between financial helplessness and audit fees. It also examines the effect of firm size in this regard. The bigger or smaller the companies are, they can be influential in this regard.Methodology: Multivariate linear regression was used to test the two hypotheses of this research. The statistical population was 130 companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during 2013-2022 (1300 observations per year). Altman's model [1] has been used to measure financial helplessness.Findings: The results of the research indicate the existence of a negative and significant relationship between financial distress and audit fees. The results showed that firm size can moderate the relationship between financial distress and audit fees. The results of additional tests exhibit that the difference between the size of the firm, that is, large and small and medium, has a significant difference in this regard.Originality/Value: When companies are in financial trouble, they pressure auditors to reduce their fees. This research achievement can convey essential knowledge to the users of financial statements and auditors.

Purpose: In this study, the grey data envelopment analysis approach and the Malmquist productivity index were used to measure the efficiency and productivity of companies in the Tehran Stock Exchange cement industry. Methodology: First, we identify the appropriate financial ratios for measuring efficiency. Then, we calculate these ratios for each financial year as grey numbers (intervals). In the next step, these ratios are divided into two groups of input and output variables under research variables. Finally, the efficiency and productivity of the studied companies for the two fiscal years, 2018 and 2019, were determined using CCR and BCC models. Its components have been estimated.
Findings: The results of this study provide a suitable framework for using uncertain information (grey) to replace definite information and thus allow more realistic results to be estimated about the performance of companies. Purpose: One of the most critical issues in supplying equipment and managing spare parts for power plant industries is evaluating and selecting suppliers and assigning orders to them. This study aims to achieve a comprehensive model for ranking the suppliers, classifying the parts, evaluating suppliers, and optimal allocation of orders. Methodology: The indicators of the supplier's evaluation were determined in the first stage. The weight of evaluation indicators was calculated by taking experts' opinions and using Group AHP and Minimum squares techniques. Prioritization and grouping of parts were done by sampling the Kraljic matrix, and the priority factor for each part was determined. In the second stage, using the TOPSIS technique, the rank of each supplier in terms of supplying the potential parts was determined. In the third stage, designing a mathematical model of planning the correct number zero-one was considered. The function of the target is to maximize the value of the purchase and include the restrictions of zero-one planning, limited budget, and management policies. GAMS software was used to solve the model. Findings: The results show that determining the group for each part, considering the two dimensions of supply risk and the vitality of the part provides a suitable management tool for equipment supply management. The zero and one integer planning model is appropriate for order allocation problems. In spare parts, the structure and components of the objective function and constraints can be changed according to the type of organization. Originality/Value: The TOPSIS technique properly combines the weight of evaluation indicators and expert opinions about the suppliers of each component, and the results can be used confidently in the design of the mathematical model.

Purpose: Although in recent years, Building Information Modeling, as an emerging technology in the Iranian construction industry, has attracted the attention of many people, the low productivity of this industry and the conditions for the realization of many benefits from implementing this technology have faced many obstacles. Implementing such technologies on national, organizational, and individual scales depends on their adoption. According to previous research in this field, unfortunately, the adoption of BIM in Iran is very slow and undesirable.Methodology: The present study obtained the BIM adoption status using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by distributing a questionnaire among the first-ranked construction companies in Tehran province.Findings: The data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling showed that BIM adoption was below average in all 87 valid samples. The research findings showed that if people imagine using BIM in their minds and beliefs more easily, they think it is useful. Both of these variables lead to a greater intention to adopt BIM technology.Originality/Value: The study indicates that improving the BIM adoption status in the Iranian construction industry may be possible by strengthening individual and behavioural dimensions to further BIM adoption.

Purpose: Today, organizations must implement an innovation strategy supported by competent human resources and appropriate internal processes to succeed and achieve sustainable financial performance. Therefore, the present study investigates the role of innovation strategy in the financial performance of active manufacturing companies in Yazd province through human resource mediator variables and internal processes. Methodology: The present research is a descriptive survey. The study's statistical population consists of financial managers and senior accounting supervisors of production units in Yazd province; simple random sampling was used to select the sample, and 100 acceptable questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Cronbach's alpha coefficient confirmed the content validity of the questionnaires according to experts' opinions, and the reliability was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. Data was analyzed using structural equation modelling, SPSS 21, and smart PLS 3 software.Findings: Findings show that the innovation strategy significantly affects human resources and internal processes, but its effect on financial performance is insignificant. On the other hand, the impact of internal processes on financial performance was substantial, but human resources did not significantly affect financial performance. The results also show that the innovation strategy does not affect financial performance through human resources, but through internal processes, it has been able to affect financial performance.Originality/Value: The significant changes created in the business environment, along with the competition, have highlighted the role of managers in managing industries to improve the organization's performance. Theoretically, contingency theory supports the relationship between innovation and performance by explaining the role of organization design. The role of human resource capability and internal processes can also be influential in this regard. Therefore, according to the research gap in the previous studies, the present study investigated the relationship between innovation strategy and financial performance with the mediating role of human resources and internal processes at the level of industrial units in Yazd province as one of the country's industrial hubs.
