Purpose: This study aims to implement and change the administrative system using conventional methods and build a strategic transformation model for universities.Methodology: The present research method is qualitative. By examining the organization's strategic plan, identifying the effective indicators, and ranking the components based on a multi-criteria decision-making method, TOPSIS, the final transformation model has been prepared using the interpretive structure model (ISM). Findings: By studying the strategic planning developed for the organization, the main components were determined, and using the ISM technique, the main components of levelling. Finally, the transformation model was considered at four levels. Finally, it was observed that knowledge management is at level 1 and affects other barriers. Also, the environment of change, competitors, and effective communication with the industry are influenced by different factors and do not affect other factors.Originality/value: Traditional management and leadership methods lack effectiveness in today's changing and dynamic conditions. Considering that university administrators are the primary decision-makers, paying attention to their managerial capabilities significantly impacts the success of the country's higher education system.

Purpose: Given the increasing demand for dairy products and price fluctuations in the market in Iran, factories are looking for the proper resource allocation method to produce each dairy product. Therefore, in this paper, by using the system dynamics approach, we analyze the dynamics of production and allocation of resources in a dairy factory.Methodology: Using the system dynamics approach, we analyze the dynamics of production and allocation of resources in a dairy factory.Findings: The results showed that among the variables affecting production and allocation in the dairy processing plant, the price variable is one of the most influential and essential policy variables. On the other hand, two price and fixed allocation methods were identified for input sources (raw milk) and production capacity. The modelling results showed that price-based methods are more efficient than other methods. In fixed allocation methods - allocation capacity and price allocation - allocation capacity, the amount of production is more than in fixed allocation methods - price capacity and price allocation - price capacity, but the income of products and total factory income is less due to price reduction. In addition, because of the benefits of powdered milk, the factory is moving towards more production than cheese.Originality/Value: This study uses a system dynamics approach to design an allocation model and explain the effects of different policies in the dairy industry.

Purpose: In supply chain management, decision-making for supplier selection is a key issue that has become a strategic goal for organizations in recent years. The problem of supplier selection due to the multiplicity and variety of qualitative and quantitative indicators is a multi-attribute decision-making problem. The present study aims to explain and prioritize the indices of supplier assessment with a meta-synthesis approach.Methodology: In this article, the most effective evaluation indicators of suppliers are examined. The research started by reviewing 467 titles of articles and then evaluating them. Two hundred eighty-two articles were selected using the meta-synthesis approach. By analyzing them, supplier evaluation indicators were classified into 5 dimensions, 19 sub-dimensions, and 112 components, and their effect coefficient was determined using the Shannon entropy method.Findings: The results showed that price, quality, on-time delivery, revenue, organizational structure, human resource management, energy management, environmental management, customer orientation, and green management indices are the most effective indicators in evaluating suppliers.Originality/Value: Supplier selection and evaluation are imperative in creating an effective supply chain. The production process has changed from producing most products to outsourcing major accessories. Suppliers have a key role to play in creating a product. The manufacturer must be careful when choosing a supplier. Therefore, identification, evaluation, and selection of suppliers are imperative. The results showed that companies can gain a significant competitive advantage by identifying and evaluating the indicators of supply chain suppliers.

Purpose: The present study seeks to provide a qualitative model of the micro-foundations of dynamic capabilities in cloud computing companies in Iran. For this purpose, the micro-foundations of the three areas of Sensing, seizing, and reconfiguring have been extracted based on the reference model of Teece (2007).Methodology: The research methodology is an extended case study. Due to the novelty of the research topic and the lack of a reference model, research components were collected through a review of optimal experiences and in-depth interviews with key managers of organizations. For this reason, we created a theoretical saturation by compiling a protocol of interviews and conversations with 14 senior managers of active companies in Iran's cloud computing field. Then, through qualitative content analysis, the components were extracted.Findings: In the micro-foundations of the field of Sensing, the three constructs of senior managers' intuition, the trend of consumer behaviour in countries similar to the consumer behaviour of Iran's ICT field, and the study of export opportunities differ from the results of previous research. The three construct technology knowledge transfer, best practice, and legal requirements of ISO and quality are among the categories less mentioned in earlier research. Finally, contingent strategic management, organizational strategic empathy, customer experience management, and strategic perseverance have been less studied in reconfiguring. In general, the critical role of senior managers in leading issues and creating empathy and appropriate cooperation with staff and customers as the main profile of managers has been considered to promote dynamic empowerment in organizations.Originality/Value: Due to the nature of technology and economic, political, and social governance of Iranian IT companies, it is necessary to provide a clear roadmap for this sector by identifying the micro-foundations of dynamic capabilities

Purpose: Although more than four decades have passed since the issue of telecommuting became a new method for organizing work and workforce, not many scientific and academic studies have been done in this field in our country. However, in recent years, the telecommuting plan has been on the government's agenda, and many government agencies and institutions have been required to implement government directives on telecommuting. The presence of crises such as the outbreak of COVID-19 has also added to the importance of this issue in recent years. Methodology: In this research, the data of teleworkers in the central headquarters of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade were collected through a survey method. Thus, by designing two questionnaires for employees and managers, different dimensions of the plan and the consequences of telecommuting in this ministry were examined from two perspectives of managers and employees. Findings: The results showed that information and communication technology is the main component of telecommuting, so it is almost impossible to implement this plan without its infrastructure. It should be noted that communication infrastructure is not limited to communication tools such as computers and communication lines such as high-speed Internet, and the possibility of access to the organization's internal automation system and employee work card is also part of it. Originality/Value: In this research, the implementation of a telecommuting project in the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade has been studied from the perspective of managers and employees, and the main challenges facing this project have been analyzed and based on this, suggestions for better implementation of this project in Government agencies provided.

Purpose: One of the issues that significantly impact how people invest is the behavioural characteristics of investors. Given the importance of this issue, investors should be able to categorize investors into different classes and recommend investments appropriate to the personality type of the same class for each class. One of the solutions that can be used for this purpose is clustering. Clustering is one of the unsupervised learning methods and has a descriptive nature. In this method, the data are allocated based on a similarity criterion so that the data in each cluster are most similar and the least comparable to the data in other clusters.Methodology: This study identifies a group of investors with similar ability and willingness to accept risk using K-means clustering and Affinity propagation clustering. We also show how to allocate assets effectively using investor characteristics and clustering techniques.Findings: Use silhouette coefficient to evaluate two clustering methods to select the best method for data clustering. The k-means coefficient was equal to 0.17, and the Affinity propagation clustering was equal to 0.097. Therefore, we choose the k-means method as the optimal clustering method. Using the K-means clustering method, we cluster investors based on financial, behavioural, and demographic characteristics, and according to the clustering results, we divide individuals into seven categories with low to high-risk acceptance.Originality/Value: All calculations in this study were performed by Python 3.8. Investment managers and stock advisors can use the results of this study.

Purpose: Leaders use the indicators of spirituality in the organization or group to provide internal motivation for the external motivation of their employees. Spiritual and value-based leaders deepen the duties and activities of followers in the organization or group by relating them to their deep inner values. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of spiritual leadership and the job motivation of Shahrekord education staff.Methodology: The statistical population comprised 335 education staff members in Shahrekord city in 1398-99, selected as a sample using the classification method due to the sample size. The research utilized two standard questionnaires: Herbert's job motivation questionnaire and a modified version of Fry's spiritual leadership questionnaire [17].Findings: A significant correlation exists between the seven aspects of spiritual leadership (vision, selfless love, faith in work, meaningfulness in work, organizational membership) and the job motivation of educational staff. However, there is no correlation between the other two aspects of spiritual leadership—organizational commitment and performance feedback—and employee motivation. Increased application of meaningful leadership components within the educational organization's environment, alongside decisions, procedures, policies, and missions formulated and implemented in alignment with spiritual leadership dimensions, leads to higher levels of job motivation among employees within this educational institution.Originality/Value: Managers, experts, and researchers can use the results of this research.

Purpose: Breast cancer is one of the most important and common types of cancer in the world. There are two types of breast cancer: benign and malignant cancer. The benign condition has poor growth in the body and is rarely distributed in other areas of the body. It also has specific characteristics. However, in the malignant type, we see a tendency to spread faster, which is dangerous for a person's life. Therefore, its classification into these two modes is essential for diagnosis and treatment. Methodology: First, mammographic images of patients' breasts were evaluated with the help of doctors, and then the photos were processed. At this stage, we succeeded in using fuzzy logic to identify cancer and its type more quickly. Results: This article proposes a new algorithm for diagnosing benign and malignant cancers. Each benign and malignant branch has two types of tumor: adenosis and phyllodes tumor, and malignant has two types of duct and papillary cancer. This article proposes an algorithm for diagnosing breast cancer that includes four steps. The first stage is the preprocessing stage; the second stage is for image analysis, which uses wavelet transform to analyze images; the third stage is the extraction of valuable features that we use the results of wavelet transform to obtain; and the fourth stage That is, we use fuzzy logic to identify two types of benign or malignant images. Originality/Value: A new way to diagnose the disease and prevent it from becoming malignant is fundamental.

Purpose: The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of television advertising strategies on the cognitive, emotional, and behavioural dimensions of female consumers' attitudes.Methodology: The study is a descriptive survey in terms of implementation methods. The statistical population in this study are all female consumers of detergent and hygiene products of three brands (Golrang, Softlan, and Active) offered in OK chain stores in Tehran. The number of samples equals 384 people due to the unlimited statistical population. The sampling method is a cluster random method. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire using the Kaur & Hundal (2017) questionnaire distributed among the sample members after validation and reliability assessment. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software.Findings: The results showed that TV advertising strategies affect female consumers' cognitive, emotional, and behavioural dimensions. Examining the sub-hypotheses showed that repetition of advertisements, approval of celebrities, gender attractions, humorous characters, and product comparison affect female consumers' cognitive and emotional attitudes. Also, cognitive attitude affects shopping behaviour and changes consumer behaviour, and emotional attitude significantly changes shopping behaviour. Among the hypotheses presented in the research, the results showed that emotional attitude has no significant effect on female consumers' shopping behaviour.Originality/Value: TV advertising strategies will affect different dimensions of women consumers' cognitive, emotional, and behavioural attitudes towards detergents and hygiene products and lead to different shopping behaviours

Purpose: The main objective of this paper is to investigate the relationship between poverty and corruption in Middle Eastern countries over the years 1390-1398 using the Granger - Granger causality test, granger and Yamamoto in the panel data.Methodology: The population studied includes countries in the Middle East. Data panels on these countries have been collected from reliable international sources, including the World Bank, and tested using Eviews software. The variables used in this study include comparative poverty, corruption, gross domestic production variables, labour force, inflation rate, unemployment rate, and wage growth rate.Findings: The study results show that the relationship between poverty and corruption in Middle Eastern countries is a one-way causality relationship from poverty to corruption in the Middle Eastern countries, meaning that by increasing poverty, corruption increases. This unilateral causality relationship is confirmed unilateral in both causality approaches.Originality/Value: The study showed that by providing proper training, the government could prevent corruption and increase public awareness by creating educational bases at the level of countries and providing easy access to them for the general public. Then, the government, considering the problems of all classes of people, motivates them to go less towards corruption as much as possible. Also, providing gratuitous assistance to society's weak classes will prevent these problems as much as possible.
