چکیده

هدف: در این پژوهش به‌منظور سنجش کارایی و بهره‌وری شرکت‌های عضو صنعت سیمان بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، از رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده‌های خاکستری و همچنین شاخص سنجش بهره‌وری مالم‌کوئیست استفاده‌شده است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: برای این منظور در گام اول، اقدام به شناسایی نسبت‌های مالی مناسب در خصوص سنجش کارایی نموده، سپس این نسبت‌ها را برای هر سال مالی در قالب اعداد خاکستری (بازه‌ای) محاسبه می‌نماییم. در گام بعدی این نسبت‌ها تحت عنوان متغیرهای تحقیق، به دودسته متغیرهای ورودی و متغیرهای خروجی تقسیم‌شده و درنهایت کارایی و بهره‌وری بازه‌ای شرکت‌های موردمطالعه، برای دو سال مالی 1397 و 1398 توسط مدل‌های CCR و BCC رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده‌های خاکستری و همچنین شاخص مالم‌کوئیست خاکستری و اجزای تشکیل‌دهنده آن، برآورد گردیده است.
یافته‌ها: نتایج این پژوهش به ارائه یک چارچوب مناسب برای استفاده از اطلاعات غیرقطعی (خاکستری) برای جایگزینی اطلاعات قطعی نموده است و بدین ترتیب امکان برآورد نتایج واقعی‌تری را در خصوص عملکرد شرکت‌ها فراهم آورد.
اصالت/ارزش‌افزوده علمی: این مطالعه با فراهم آوردن چارچوبی برای مقایسه تغییرات بهره‌وری در طول زمان، از شاخص بهره‌وری مالم‌کوئیست خاکستری استفاده کرده است. این شاخص، نسبت کارایی‌های اندازه‌‌گیری شده‌ی یک واحد تولیدی را، در دو دوره‌ی زمانی مختلف، اندازه‌گیری می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: In this study, in order to measure the efficiency and productivity of companies in the cement industry of the Tehran Stock Exchange, the gray data envelopment analysis approach and the Malmquist productivity index have been used.
Methodology: For this purpose, in the first step, we identify the appropriate financial ratios for measuring efficiency, then we calculate these ratios for each financial year in the form of gray numbers (intervals). In the next step, these ratios are divided into two groups of input variables and output variables under the title of research variables. Finally, the efficiency and productivity of the studied companies for the two fiscal years 2018 and 2019 by CCR and BCC models. Its components have been estimated.
Findings: The results of this study provide a suitable framework for using uncertain information (gray) to replace definite information and thus allow more realistic results to be estimated about the performance of companies.
Originality/Value: This study uses the Malmquist Gray Productivity Index to provide a framework for comparing productivity changes over time. This index measures the ratio of the measured efficiencies of a production unit in two different time periods.
