چکیده

هدف: تلاش سازمان‌­ها در دنیا­ی امروزی در جهت بقاء در بازار و حفظ موقعیت رقابتی خود است. بنابراین سازمان‌­ها سعی بر این دارند عواملی که بر این مهم اثرگذار است را تحت کنترل گرفته تا بتوانند شرایط مطلوب را به دست آورند. یکی از عوامل اثرگذار و بسیار مهم در این میان، نقش کارکنان سازمان به‌عنوان یک سرمایه راهبردی است. کارکنان با درک حمایت سازمانی نسبت به خود و ارزشمند تلقی شدن تلاش و عملکردشان توسط سازمان، علاوه بر متعهد شدن نسبت به سازمان و رضایت­مندی، به فکر جبران برآمده و با رفتارهای مثبت و فراتر از وظیفه، رضایت خود را نشان می­دهند. بر این اساس هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحلیل تأثیر حمایت سازمانی ادراک­شده بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با تأکید بر نقش میانجی بی­تفاوتی سازمانی است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت فولاد تکنیک اصفهان می‌باشد. حجم نمونه بر اساس روش حذف تصادفی بالغ ‌بر 124 می‌­باشد. این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی و ازلحاظ ماهیت توصیفی-پیمایشی می‌­باشد. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات مربوط به ادبیات موضوع از روش کتابخانه‌­ای همچون کتب و مقالات علمی و برای گردآوری داده‌­های لازم جهت تأیید یا رد فرضیه‌­های پژوهش از پرسشنامه استاندارد با روایی و پایایی قابل‌قبول استفاده‌ شده است. جهت تلخیص اطلاعات مستخرج پرسشنامه از روش‌­های آمار توصیفی مانند میانگین و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­‌ها جهت تأیید یا رد فرضیه­‌های پژوهش از روش‌­های آمار استنباطی و آزمون معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار SPSS 22 و Smart Pls 2.0 استفاده ‌شده است.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که حمایت سازمانی ادراک‌شده بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و ابعاد آن تأثیرگذار است و همچنین حمایت‌­سازمانی ادراک‌شده به‌صورت غیرمستقیم بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی از طریق عامل میانجی بی‌‎­تفاوتی سازمانی تأثیر دارد.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: تحلیل تأثیر حمایت سازمانی ادراک‌شده بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با تأکید بر نقش میانجی بی‌تفاوتی سازمانی ابزاری مهم جهت ترجمه صدای کارکنان و لحاظ کردن خواسته‌ها و نیازهای آن‌ها به شمار می‌رود که برای نخستین بار در این پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.

Purpose: Nowadays, due to the increasing complexity, the issue of perceived organizational support and the need for organizational citizen behaviour has been considered more, while the topic of organizational indifference is one of the factors that can compromise the competitive position of the organization. Therefore, it is essential to consider it. This research investigates the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behaviour through the role of organizational indifference as a mediation.
Methodology: This research is practical in terms of purpose and is descriptive-survey and correlation type in terms of nature. The statistical population is established of employees of Isfahan Steel Tehnika Co. A library method, such as books and scientific articles, was used to collect information on the subject literature, and for measuring the model's variables, a standard, valid, and reliable questionnaire was used. The sampling method is randomized. For analyzing the data to test research hypotheses, we used inferential statistics and test structural equations in SPSS 22 and Smart Pls 2.0 software.
Findings: The findings indicate that perceived organizational support is influential and effective on organizational citizenship behaviour and its dimensions. Also, perceived organizational support indirectly affects organizational citizenship behaviour through the role of organizational indifference as a mediator.
Originality/Value: Analyzing the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behaviour by emphasizing the mediating role of organizational indifference is an essential tool for translating employees' voices and considering their wants and needs, which was used for the first time in this study.
