Purpose: The aim of the current research is to know the dimensions and components of risk management in Iran's construction industry with a fuzzy Delphi with interpretive structural modeling and DEMATEL.
Methodology: The current research method is exploratory and the goal is to answer the research questions. In terms of the type of research, it is practical because its results are used for risk management in Iran's construction industry. The method of the current research is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). In the qualitative dimension, using the fuzzy Delphi method, it has identified the dimensions and components of risk management in the construction industry in Iran. In the quantitative dimension, by using interpretative structural modeling and DEMATEL, by using surveys of experts and university professors, it has been done to stratify and examine the intensity of relationships between dimensions.
Findings: The results show that at the lowest level of the model (level three), the risk dimension of political factors is placed, which acts as the cornerstone of the model and to achieve risk management in projects. Iran's construction should start from this factor. Also, the results of examining the intensity of relationships between dimensions with Dimetal show that the social risk dimension is the most effective dimension, has the highest numerical value based on the row sum (D), and thus, with The most influential dimension among the investigated dimensions of risk management in Iran's construction industry has been identified. Also, according to (D-R), the lowest value, the risk dimension of laws and regulations, is the most effective dimension of risk management in Iran's construction industry.
Originality/Value: The research gap that creates the space for innovation in the current research, according to the perspective of soft operations research, which is a tool for creating complex and new problems, is the use of Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and DEMATEL. Less research has been done on leveling and examining the intensity of impact and effectiveness of the components of risks in the construction industry.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate Islamic banking risk management based on IFSB guidelines in one of the state-owned banks in North Khorasan province.Methodology: The study is a descriptive survey, and the statistical population included branch employees, employees, and managers of different management departments of the bank. Sampling was random; the data collection tool was a questionnaire filled by 35 participants. The questionnaire used in this study is a translation of the questionnaire presented by Rosman and Abdul Rahman [30] based on the principles of the IFSB guide in 2015, the validity of which was confirmed by experts. Some editing points were applied, and its reliability was confirmed by 25 experts, with alpha Cronbach at 0.76. Descriptive statistics and Kolmogorov-Smirnov, binomial, and Friedman tests were used to analyze the data.Findings: The results showed that 9 out of 42 components of risk management are not in good condition, including two components of investment risk management, four of market risk management, one of liquidity risk management, and two of business risk management shift.Originality/Value: The study showed weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in market risk management, investment risk management, business transfer risk management, and liquidity risk management, respectively.

Purpose: This study aimed to design a new fuzzy expert system for project portfolio risk management in ongoing projects of a first mobile holding. Methodology: To identify the risks from the DEMATEL method developed, to evaluate and determine the most critical risks from the fuzzy FMEA methods and the AHP method in Expert Choice software, and to select the optimal risk response, a proposed mathematical model is used and solved in Gamz software. Findings: The research findings showed 23 risks in the studied projects, 8 of which were highly important and impacted. Risk prioritization and determining their impact level were also performed using the integrated AHP-FMEA method. Findings obtained from solving and implementing the mathematical model in Gamz software also showed that the proposed model of efficiency and capability for selecting optimal risk response strategies is established. Originality/Value: The general findings indicate that the proposed new fuzzy expert system also has the capability and efficiency to manage the portfolio risk in the study holding.
