چکیده

هدف: در این مطالعه هدف اصلی توسعه الگوی دانشگاه کارآفرین در دانشگاه صنعتی کرمانشاه با بکارگیری مدل ارائه شده گیب در سال 2012 و رویکرد یکپارچه تصمیم‌گیری می‌باشد.

روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این مطالعه کاربردی از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی بوده است که با بهره‌گیری از نظرات پنج نفر از مدیران دانشگاه صنعتی کرمانشاه به اجرا رسید. به منظور توسعه الگوی دانشگاه کارآفرین مدل ارائه شده گیب در سال 2012 به دلیل اعتبار و همه‌جانبه بودن آن انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌های مقایسات زوجی بوده که برای معتبرسازی آن از روایی محتوایی استفاده شده و تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری دیمتل و مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها بکار گرفته شده است.

یافته‌ها: نتایج تکنیک دیمتل نشان می‌دهد که در میان ابعاد مورد بررسی شش بعد چشم‌انداز، راهکار و مأموریت دانشگاه، بعد حاکمیت و اداره دانشگاه، بعد ساختار و طرح سازمانی، بعد مدیریت ذی‌نفعان و ارزش‌های جامعه، بعد بین‌المللی‌سازی و بعد آموزش کارآفرینانه و آموزش سرمایه‌گذاری نقش علی دارند. علاوه بر این، نتایج مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری نشان می‌دهد که مدل در سه سطح ترسیم شده که در بین ابعاد آن بعد قدرت نفوذ و استفاده از منابع متنوع به عنوان سطح زیربنای مدل در نظر گرفته می‌شود.

اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: بر اساس خروجی‌های این مطالعه، برای هر یک از ابعاد یازده‌گانه دانشگاه کارآفرین در دانشگاه صنعتی کرمانشاه پیشنهاداتی ارائه می‌شود که به منظور تحقق برنامه‌ها و فعالیت‌های دانشگاه، می‌توان با بهره‌گیری از آنها میان دولت، صنعت و دانشگاه تعامل و همکاری ایجاد کرد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: In this study, the main aim is to develop the entrepreneurial university model in Kermanshah University of Technology by using the model presented by Gibb in 2012 and the integrated decision-making approach.

Methodology: This applied study was a descriptive-survey type, which was implemented utilizing the opinions of five managers of Kermanshah technical and vocational university. In order to develop the entrepreneurial university model, the model presented by Gabe was chosen in 2012 due to its validity and comprehensiveness. The data collection tool was pairwise comparison questionnaires, which were used to validate content validity, and DEMATEL decision-making techniques and interpretive structural modeling were used for data analysis.

Findings: The results of the DEMATEL technique show that among the investigated dimensions, dimension of vision, strategy and mission of the university, dimension of governance and administration of the university, dimension of organizational structure and plan, dimension of management of stakeholders and community values, dimension of internationalization and dimension entrepreneurial education and investment education have a causal role. In addition, the results of interpretive structural modeling show that the model is drawn in three levels, among its dimensions, the power of penetration and use of diverse resources is considered as the underlying level of the model.

Originality/Value: Based on the results of this study, for the eleven dimensions of an entrepreneurial university in Kermanshah University of Technology, suggestions are made that can be used to implement the programs and activities of the university, and interact between the government, industry, and the university.
