Purpose: The main purpose of this study is "the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning on Operational Performance through Supply Chain Orientation using in Faradaneh Company).Methodology: The present study is an applied study in terms of purpose and a descriptive survey in terms of research method. Standard questionnaire of Acar et al (2017) was used to measure the variables of the research model. Above-mentioned questionnaire was implemented through the participation of 135 managers and employees of Faradana Company who were selected by stratified random sampling after measurement of validity (face and content validity based on Lawshe’s method, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis, convergence and divergence) and reliability (Cranach’s alpha method and hybrid).Findings: The results showed that ERP had a significant and strong effect on the OP of Faradaneh Company by mediating the SCO which indicates the high predictive power of the ERP components (With the coefficient of determination of 0/93). Also, ERP Pathway had the most effect on OP with path coefficient 0.71 and significance of p <0.001. The value of the present study is due to content innovation (simultaneous use of ERP variables, OP and SCO) and method (using different validity and reliability methods).Originality/Value: In this regard, the present study investigates the effect of organizational resource planning on operational performance through supply chain orientation in the employees of Faradaneh Aquatic Food Production Company.

Therefore, the main issue in all organizational analyzes is performance, and its improvement requires measurement, and therefore an organization without a performance evaluation system is unthinkable. One of the problems of organizations to measure performance is determining performance evaluation indicators. This research has been carried out with the aim of prioritizing employee performance evaluation indicators in the strategic process of human resources management of Alborz province fire department.Methodology: This research is an exploratory research, which was conducted using the Delphi method. The statistical sample of the research is the number of 15 experts and specialists selected from among the employees. The main research criteria, including preparation, implementation and evaluation, were identified from the library method. Data analysis has been done using the approach of network process analysis, DEMATEL and COPRAS.Findings: Based on the results of the research, the implementation criterion with a normalized weight of 0.436 is the first priority among the criteria, the sub-criteria of ethical compliance with a final weight of 0.1276 is the first among the sub-criteria and the implementation of the evaluation system to increase performance. Employees are the first priority among the strategies.Originality/Value: In this study, an attempt has been made to analyze all indicators related to the evaluation of employee performance indicators in the strategic process of human resources, but since there are very few field studies in academic societies, especially domestic ones, in the field of indicators The performance of employees has been done in the strategic process of human resources, so future researchers can improve the designed scale by increasing the range of their studies by identifying and adjusting items and factors

Purpose: The main objective of the present research is to identify the relationship between credit rating, litigation risks, and audit opinion modification on the companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE).Methodology: The statistical sample of this study includes 158 companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange, which were reviewed during the period 2017 to 2021. This research is an applied and post-event type and the research hypotheses were tested through logistic regression in Eviews software version 10. Findings: The findings of the research showed the when credit rating increase, litigation risks decreased Also, there is a negative and significant relationship between credit rating and audit opinion modification.Originality/Value: This study clarifies the role of credit rating in audit report and litigation risk management and provides new insight into the factors that affect audit opinion modification. These findings have important implications for companies, auditors and investors in increasing the quality and reliability of financial information. This study also contributes to the development of literature by emphasizing the need for more research on the factors that determine credit rating and their impact on financial reporting.

Purpose: Usually, investors react to risk and risk criteria affect their investment decisions. Continuity of stock trading can be very important for investors. In this regard, the current research seeks to investigate the impact of risk criteria on the continuity of transactions of stock exchange companies with emphasis on the effectiveness of risk management.Methodology: For this purpose, in order to test the hypotheses of the research, the multivariate regression method and financial information of 107 companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2010 to 2019 have been used. Findings: The findings indicated the existence of an inverse and significant relationship between the criterion of systematic risk, financial risk, financial crisis risk and stock price risk on the continuation of the company's transactions. Originality/Value: Also, the research results showed that risk management has an effect on the relationship between systematic risk, financial risk and risk. The stock price has a significant and direct effect on the continuation of the company's transactions, but the effectiveness of risk management on the relationship between the risk of financial crisis and the continuation of transactions was not confirmed.

Purpose: With the researches done on the mega projects of the country, one of the main factors of failure can be sought in their project management. Modern aircraft design and construction projects are complex projects known as megaprojects. In this research, a model for managing complex megaprojects in this industry is presented.Methodology: This research is a type of combined research (qualitative-quantitative) and for this purpose, while interviewing aviation experts, the features of aerial mega projects are identified and coded by MAXQDA2020 software and then the indicators identified in a questionnaire from experts related to the project. Using SMARTPLS3 software, classification and ranking of components and indicators were performed.Findings: In this regard, the designed model has two dimensions as features and management of the megaproject and 10 main components and 40 indicators were classified and ranked. Finally, the most important main component was strategy management.Originality/Value: In this study, considering the importance of aerial projects and the fact that the country has moved towards the design and construction of native birds and several projects in this field have been defined and completed, the characteristics of complex mega projects in the aircraft design and construction industry are determined. And has designed for the first time an appropriate model for evaluating the management of complex megaprojects in the aircraft design and construction industry.

Purpose: In this study, the main aim is to develop the entrepreneurial university model in Kermanshah University of Technology by using the model presented by Gibb in 2012 and the integrated decision-making approach.
Methodology: This applied study was a descriptive-survey type, which was implemented utilizing the opinions of five managers of Kermanshah technical and vocational university. In order to develop the entrepreneurial university model, the model presented by Gabe was chosen in 2012 due to its validity and comprehensiveness. The data collection tool was pairwise comparison questionnaires, which were used to validate content validity, and DEMATEL decision-making techniques and interpretive structural modeling were used for data analysis.
Findings: The results of the DEMATEL technique show that among the investigated dimensions, dimension of vision, strategy and mission of the university, dimension of governance and administration of the university, dimension of organizational structure and plan, dimension of management of stakeholders and community values, dimension of internationalization and dimension entrepreneurial education and investment education have a causal role. In addition, the results of interpretive structural modeling show that the model is drawn in three levels, among its dimensions, the power of penetration and use of diverse resources is considered as the underlying level of the model.
Originality/Value: Based on the results of this study, for the eleven dimensions of an entrepreneurial university in Kermanshah University of Technology, suggestions are made that can be used to implement the programs and activities of the university, and interact between the government, industry, and the university.

Due to increasing environmental pressures, green innovation has become one of the important strategic tools for sustainable development in industries. Innovation can increase competitiveness, productivity and economic wealth of countries. It also helps to reduce waste and environmental damage to the earth, provide better products and services at a more reasonable price, and create suitable jobs for people. Therefore, the current research has been conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of green innovation methods on competitive power. In terms of purpose, this research was applied and based on the method of descriptive-survey research. The statistical population in question is the employees of Aref Daru Isfahan Company. The statistical sample of this research was estimated to be 92 employees of this company using available sampling method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire, before distribution, its validity was confirmed through content validity and its reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Structural equation modeling and SmartPLS software were used to analyze the data. Based on the obtained results, green innovation in design has an effect on the competitiveness of Aref Daru Company. Based on this and according to social pressures and popular institutions as well as governments, companies should strengthen green innovation in the organization and focus on it and focus on being green as an effective feature for sustainable progress and competitive advantage.
