چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر قابلیت‌های پویا بر عملکرد شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان از طریق نقش میانجی‌گری نوآوری مدل کسب‌وکار و مزیت رقابتی پایدار و تعدیل گری پویایی محیطی درک شده می‌باشد.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و ماهیتی توصیفی-پیمایشی دارد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مدیران شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان مستقر در استان تهران بودند. حجم نمونه با نرم‌افزار G-Power 3 222 نفر تعیین شد. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد و روش نمونه‌گیری  غیر احتمالی در دسترس با یک پیمایش آنلاین استفاده شد و 218 پرسشنامه محقق گردید. مدل پژوهش نیز مبتنی بر رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار Smart PLS نسخه 3 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.
یافته ها: یافته ها­ نشان داد قابلیت‌های پویا بر عملکرد شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و نوآوری مدل‌ کسب‌وکار این رابطه را میانجی نمود. پویایی محیطی درک شده نیز فقط روابط بین قابلیت‌های پویا با "نوآوری مدل کسب‌و‌کار، مزیت رقابتی پایدار و عملکرد شرکت" را تعدیل نمود.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: نقش قابلیت‌های پویا ضرورتی استراتژیک جهت هدایت، پشتیبانی و مدیریت منابع در راستای خلق مزیت رقابتی پایدار و دستیابی به عملکرد برتر می‌باشد و بینشی کلیدی برای مدیران ایجاد می‌کند تا به واسطه آن با کنار گذاشتن رویکردهای سنتی، با تمرکز بر شایستگی‌های محوری، جایگاه خود را در بازار تقویت نمایند.

Purpose: The purpose of the present study is to investigate the impact of dynamic capabilities on firm performance through the mediating role of business model innovation and sustainable competitive advantage and the role of moderating environmental dynamics.
Methodology: This research is a descriptive survey in data collection. The statistical population of the study is companies located in Tehran province. The sample size was determined with G-Power 3 software, 222 people, and the random method was used for sampling. Two hundred eighteen questionnaires were obtained through an online survey. The research model was also analyzed based on the structural equation modelling approach with Smart PLS 3.
Findings: Dynamic capabilities positively and significantly affect firms' performance, and business model innovation mediated this relationship. Perceived environmental dynamics moderated only the relationship between dynamic capabilities and business model innovation, sustainable competitive advantage, and firm performance.
Originality/Value: The role of dynamic capabilities is an essential and strategic necessity for guiding, supporting, and managing resources to create a sustainable competitive advantage and achieve superior performance. The study provides critical insight for managers to abandon traditional approaches, focus on core competencies, and strengthen their position in the market.
