چکیده
هدف: هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، تعیین میزان استرس شغلی و رضایت شغلی در اعضای هیئت علمی یکی از دانشگاههای واقع در تهران و بررسی ارتباط بین این دو شاخص بود.
روششناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از جمله تحقیقات کاربردی، مشاهده ای - مقطعی، توصیفی و تحلیلی می باشد. نمونه آماری شامل ۵۲ نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی یکی از دانشگاههای استان تهران بود که به دلیل محرمانگی، نام آن بیان نشده است. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات فردی - شغلی، پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی و استرس شغلی استاینمتز بوده است. برای تحلیل داده ها، از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد.
یافتهه ها: یافته های این تحقیق، نشانگر این بود که میزان رضایت شغلی و استرس شغلی در میان اعضای هیئت علمی، به طور معنی داری همبستگی منفی دارد. این بدان معناست که با افزایش رضایت شغلی، استرس کاهش می یابد و بالعکس. رضایت شغلی در میان اعضای هیئت علمی، در حد متوسط بود. ضمنا اعضای هیئت علمی از ماهیت شغل، مسئول مستقیم و همکاران خود به طور معنی داری رضایت داشتند، در حالی که از حقوق و مزایا به طور معنی داری ناراضی بودند. استرس شغلی در اعضای هیئت علمی نسبتا کم بود. اعضای هیئت علمی با مرتبه علمی «استاد تمام»، دارای رضایت شغلی بیشتر و اعضای هیئت علمی با مرتبه علمی «دانشیار»، رضایت کمتری داشتند.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاهها، نقش بسزایی در فرهنگ سازی و ارتقای سطح دانش نسل آتی دارد. بنابراین میبایست در خصوص ارتقای رضایت شغلی و کاهش استرس شغلی، تلاش نمود و با اجرای راهکارهای شناسایی شده، زمینه تعالی سازمانی از طریق توجه به نیروی انسانی دانشگاهی، که به عنوان داراییهای کشور محسوب میگردند، فراهم گردد.

Abstract
Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to determine the level of occupational stress and job satisfaction in faculty members among university faculty members in Tehran and to investigate the relationship between these two indicators.
Methodology: Present study is practical, observational, cross-sectional, descriptive, and analytical research. The statistical sample included 52 faculty board members. The research methods were the Demographic, Job Descriptive Index (JDI) and Job Stress (Steinmetz) Questionnaire. In order to data analysis, descriptive statistics and analytical statistics have been used.
Findings: The findings showed that there was a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and job stress. This means that if job satisfaction increases, stress decreases and vice versa. The results indicated moderate job satisfaction. The faculty board was significantly satisfied with the nature of the job, Direct supervisor, and colleagues, but they were significantly unsatisfied with income. The range of Job stress in the faculty board was almost low. Faculty board with Academic Rank of “Full Professor”, have shown more job satisfaction and the faculty board with Academic Rank of “Associate Professor”, have shown less job satisfaction.
Originality/Value: The faculty board of the university have a great role in cultural development promoting the knowledge level of the future workforces. Thus, we must try in order to promote job satisfaction indicators, and also reduce job stress in their community and by implementing the identified solutions, Organizational Excellence through consideration to the Academic board, which are the assets of the country, are provided.
