چکیده

هدف: رهبران با استفاده از نشانگرهای معنویت در سازمان یا گروه، هم یک نوع انگیزش درونی برای انگیزش بیرونی کارکنانش فراهم می‌­کنند. رهبران معنوی و ارزش­‌مدار به وظایف و فعالیت‌­های پیروان در سازمان یا گروه، به‌وسیله مرتبط کردن آن‌ها به ارزش‌­های عمیق درونی­شان عمق می‌بخشد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی رابطه ابعاد رهبری معنوی و انگیزش شغلی کارکنان آموزش‌وپرورش شهرکرد بوده است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان آموزش‌وپرورش شهرستان شهرکرد در سال 1399-1398 بوده که با روش طبقه‌بندی متناسب با حجم، تعداد 335 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. ابزار پژوهش شامل دو پرسشنامه‌ی استاندارد انگیزش شغلی هربرت و پرسشنامه اصلاح‌شده رهبری معنوی از فرای[21]  بود.
یافته‌ها: بین هفت بعد رهبری معنوی (چشم‌انداز، عشق به نوع‌دوستی، ایمان به کار، معناداری در کار و عضویت سازمانی) با انگیزش شغلی کارکنان آموزش‌وپرورش رابطه معناداری وجود دارد، اما بین دو بعد دیگر رهبری معنوی یعنی تعهد سازمانی و بازخورد عملکرد با انگیزش کارکنان رابطه وجود ندارد. درواقع، هرچه در جو یک سازمان آموزشی مولفه‌های رهبری معنوی در سطح بالاتری در امور اعمال شود و تصمیم‌ها، رویه‌ها، سیاست‌ها و رسالت‌های آموزشی بر مبنای بعد رهبری معنوی تدوین و اجرا شود، میزان انگیزش شغلی در نزد کارکنان این سازمان آموزشی بیش‌تر خواهد بود.
اصالت/ارزش‌افزوده علمی: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می‌تواند مورداستفاده‌ مدیران، کارشناسان و پژوهشگران قرار گیرد.

Purpose: Leaders use the indicators of spirituality in the organization or group to provide internal motivation for the external motivation of their employees. Spiritual and value-based leaders deepen the duties and activities of followers in the organization or group by relating them to their deep inner values. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of spiritual leadership and the job motivation of Shahrekord education staff.
Methodology: The statistical population comprised 335 education staff members in Shahrekord city in 1398-99, selected as a sample using the classification method due to the sample size. The research utilized two standard questionnaires: Herbert's job motivation questionnaire and a modified version of Fry's spiritual leadership questionnaire [17].
Findings: A significant correlation exists between the seven aspects of spiritual leadership (vision, selfless love, faith in work, meaningfulness in work, organizational membership) and the job motivation of educational staff. However, there is no correlation between the other two aspects of spiritual leadership—organizational commitment and performance feedback—and employee motivation. Increased application of meaningful leadership components within the educational organization's environment, alongside decisions, procedures, policies, and missions formulated and implemented in alignment with spiritual leadership dimensions, leads to higher levels of job motivation among employees within this educational institution.
Originality/Value: Managers, experts, and researchers can use the results of this research.
