چکیده

هدف: تحقیق حاضر باهدف «بررسی تأثیر مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر و کارآفرینی بر عملکرد سازمانی شرکت رنگ‌سازی ایران» به روش توصیفی- همبستگی صورت گرفته است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: جامعه آماری تحقیق 200 نفر از کارکنان شرکت رنگ‌سازی ایران بود که تعداد 132 نفر از آن‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از سه پرسشنامه مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر مقیمی (1388)، کارآفرینی آنتونیک و هیستریچ  (2003)، پرسشنامه عملکرد سازمانی کارابولوت (2015) استفاده‌شده است که پایایی آن‌ها از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب برابر 86/0، 82/0 و 89/0 به دست آمد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPLS استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر و کارآفرینی بر عملکرد سازمانی شرکت رنگ‌سازی ایران تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که کارآفرینی بر عملکرد سازمانی تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. درنهایت نتایج نشان از تأثیر مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی کارآفرینی دارد.
اصالت/ارزش‌افزوده علمی:  درزمینهٔ مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر و کارآفرینی، سازمان‌هایی که به این متغیرها اهمیت می‌دهند، در دست‌یابی به سطوح بالای رشد و توسعه، بهتر عمل می‌کنند.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of total quality management and entrepreneurship on the organizational performance of Iran Paint Company using a descriptive correlation method.
Methodology: The study's statistical population was 200 employees of Iran Paint Company, 132 selected by simple random sampling. For data collection, three questionnaires, Moghimi Inclusive Quality Management (2009), Antoncic and Hisrich Entrepreneurship (2003), and Carabulot Organizational Performance Questionnaire (2015), were used. Their reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.86 and 0.82, respectively. And 0.89 was obtained. A structural equation model test was used to analyze the data using SPLS software.
Findings: The results showed that total quality management and entrepreneurship have a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance of Iran Paint Company. The results also showed that entrepreneurship positively and significantly affects organizational performance. Finally, the results show the impact of total quality management on organizational performance with the role of entrepreneurial mediator.
Originality/Value:  In total quality management and entrepreneurship, organizations that care about these variables perform better in achieving high levels of growth and development.
